Delivery Arrangements

(A) Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Delivery Service
Time: Items in stock arranged within 2 working days

Customers providing commercial, industrial, or residential delivery addresses, if the ordered items are in stock, can have the items arranged for delivery within 2 working days at the earliest.

Delivery times may vary by region. Generally, delivery is completed within 3 to 7 working days after stock confirmation.

For non-commercial area customers, items will be delivered to the specified unit. If you wish to receive the delivery downstairs, please indicate (downstairs delivery) after the address when placing the order.

If using dedicated delivery, our store's delivery staff will deliver the items to your home unless estate management staff refuse entry. The delivery staff will call the customer before arriving at the estate to facilitate receipt at the agreed location.

Dedicated delivery service does not apply to the following areas:

  • 1. Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Airport, Border, Remote Areas, and Outlying Islands.
  • 2. Estates or commercial buildings without free parking for delivery.
  • 3. Estates or commercial buildings requiring delivery registration procedures exceeding 10 minutes or walking more than 10 minutes from the parking area (e.g., ICC, IFC).
  • 4. Tenement buildings or buildings with stairs.

** Please note, customers using the dedicated delivery service must sign with their name or surname. If customers request to leave the items at the management office, please collect them on the day of delivery.

Our store is not responsible for the preservation and safety of the items.

(B) Delivery Service to Other Countries
Time: Items in stock arranged within 3-7 working days

Courier: All non-Hong Kong countries/cities will be shipped by courier. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed on the "Order Confirmation" page. Couriers used by our company include SF Express, Fedex, and DHL. Customers cannot specify the courier company.

** Please note, our store is not responsible for the safety and integrity of the items during the courier period.

(C) SF Express Smart Locker
Time: Items in stock arranged within 1 working day

Our store can arrange SF Express delivery upon customer's request. Customers can choose SF pickup points or smart lockers, with shipping fees to be paid on delivery.
